Copper Touch Sensor
TOPPAN's microfabrication technologies enhance user experience for a larger, lighter panel using our copper sensor film for PCAP touch panels. Our copper electrode material achieves lower resistance and improved operability.
Copper Touch Sensor Technology
Copper touch sensors utilize finely patterned copper wire to create capacitive touch panels. Leveraging copper electrodes minimizes electrical resistance to enhance responsiveness, expand panel dimensions, and lower overall weight.
Features
TOPPAN's original touch sensor film is developed for PCs, large displays, and digital signage. Copper film is patterned using advanced etching technology to form high-definition electrode. Moreover, TOPPAN's own black treatment on the copper electrode improves visibility and contrast.
-
Low resistance → Increased size, noise resistance, higher speed, narrow bezel
-
High transmission rate → High visibility
-
Copper blackening treatment → Improved contrast
-
Form electrode & take-out wire in one process → Narrow bezel, stable quality, shorter processes = lower cost
